Union Election Decision Getting Closer

• On March 6, the Labor Board issued another decision on the challenged election ballots, this time from the Regional Director. 

• We believe this decision would still mean the union won.  

• Unfortunately, Kumho will probably appeal AGAIN – so the fight is not over yet.  

• USW attorneys are fighting the legal battle over the election

• In addition, the union continues to file legal charges against Kumho every time we think management has unfairly targeted a union supporter or broken the law
